A blend to celebrate Mother's Day! 

We love MUM so we've crafted a blend to suit her specifically for Mother's Day.  MUM Blend is available up until Mother's Day which is celebrated in New Zealand on Sunday 11th May.

We've roasted this coffee for Mum.  It's a medium roast, smooth, sweet and great roast suitable as espresso or a smooth filter.

😋 Flavour Notes: 

Just for MUM!  A smooth, low acid roast with notes of chocolate, malt medium body and smooth mouth-feel.

✍️ Recipe (commercial espresso machine):

Espresso Brew Ratio: 1:2
Extraction Time: 29-34 seconds.
This means that for every gram of ground coffee dosed into the porta-filter there is 2.1 grams of coffee extracted.  If using and dosing with an 18g porta-filter you can extract approximately 38-grams of liquid (coffee).  Still stuck?  Check out this link to learn more about brew ratios click here.

This blend is predominantly Brazil based with added origins from India and Central America.

NOTE: To guarantee delivery before Mother's Day on Sunday 11th May, we need to receive your order before Wednesday 7th May 9:00am.  Orders on Thursday will be dispatched then for overnight delivery but aren't guaranteed to arrive by the weekend.   Pickup also available in-store.
