Our darkest, richest coffee!
The Brazil Dark is our rich, dark and bold single origin coffee from South America. Crafted by the coffee roaster for a coffee that is bold with a good body and low acidity. Our coffee roaster is proud to showcase this single origin for an option that focuses on dark flavour and body with slight smoky and bitter tones. A good option for espresso or a rich filter option.
😋 Flavour Notes:
A dark coffee with low acidity and smokeyness. It exhibits flavours of dark chocolate, nutty and dark cacao.
✍️ Recipe:
Espresso Brew Ratio: 1:1.9 Extraction Time: 26-30 seconds. This means that for every gram of ground coffee dosed into the porta-filter there is 1.9 grams of coffee extracted. This coffee is from Brazil in South America. Brazil is the world's largest coffee producer. This Brazil has been selected for its heavy body and its chocolate and sweet tones.
This particular Brazil is special to us as it is the first harvest from Brazil that we have secured as an exclusive lot for Meebz Coffee. This fresh harvest just arrived in 2021 and we're super happy with how its performing. It is is displaying great sweetness with a rich body.
The region in Mogiana is located on a plateau with an altitude of 800 – 1,200 metres being one of the highest cities or the region and the state. This coffee is Rainforest Alliance (RFA) certified and it comes from a farm that seeks a commitment to the socio-cultural development of the community in the form of numerous projects that benefit many people and organisations in the community.

My Favourite
After trying lots of the varieties Meebz have on offer I have landed on Brazil has my favourite. Nice smooth dark rich flavour with low acidity suits me perfectly. If Brazil isn’t to your liking Meebz will certainly have one that does.
